Felicity™ is all ready to go to the Town Fair. Her Teal dress is
trimmed with 3 rows of ribbon, and has white sleeves, that match her
white mop cap. Cover it up with a pink striped apron. Black socks and
black shoes finish her outfit, and she can carry a pinwheel that she
